The PPM works on "Position" and "Out of Bed", but on "Exiting" after for 5 sec, it beeps twice, pauses and beeps twice again, then the light goes out. I can't find anything in the manual that I have that tells me what that means. Any help would be appreciated
Im having troubles fixing a P1600 due that it began to alarm and Surface power button starts to blink and is asking for Service(note: warranty expired long ago and is the first time i check this type of bed). This controls the Pressure relief ot the bed. All functions are still functional but this one not. I checked the power of the air pump below the bed and is off. Board looks ok, no component looks damaged and fuses are ok. Power to the board is arriving ok. My guess is that the IC that the board has are damaged or some sensor is generating the alarm but i cannot find what is causing this error.
