I have Aloka Prosound 2 Ultrasound machine, upon power on I encountered several error messages on the startup screen which are as follow; Hardware Access Error, DBF ICO Ext Menu Error, Beam Table Menu Error, TxWave Form Table Menu Error.

I am a biomedical technician at one of the government hospitals in Papua New Guinea. I have no service manual for the machine, therefore i really need an expert advice on the error message i encountered upon booting up the ultrasound scanner. The actual error messages are as follows; Hardware Access Error, DBF ICO Ext Mem Error, Beam Table Mem Error, TxWave Form Table Mem Error.

Good day, here in our small hospital we have an old ALOKA Prosound 2 - 6 years old .... Today it has been unable to boot up. We on the screen we only get the Aloka Logo and the control panel lights up green and then orange. We have tried to diagnose the problem and think it's most likely the BEM card.
We have had past problems with its power source and the rx card is damaged.

Hello, we have an faithful ALOKA Prosound 2 - 8 years young ....
Today it has been unable to boot up giving us the following error codes :

System Control FPGA Configuration Error
Hardware Access Check Error

BWP Fixed STC Table Mem Error
DBF ICO Ext Mem Error
Beam Table Mem Error
TxWave Form Table Mem Error
We have done some past repairs on this machine in house, including a screen replacement. Is anyone also to help advise on the possible cause for these errors and advise any action I can take to repair ?
