Has anyone seen this error? What is the most likely area for the sticking key indicated by the error?

when i turn on the power button only white screen appear,on company logo and neither error display on screen....

injector head button is also glow but never function and no digit display on injector head screen....

kindly help me out of this problem ...i m very thankful to you...

48 volt power supply is normal where else could the problem be?
