I work in an hospital which is not very busy and the working condition is 12 hourly and so it is closed at night. what should I do because whenever I switch off my machine in the evening the cartridge does not work again the following day when I switch on my machine?

Does it has a capablity to send data to the HIS or LIS in the Hospital

the instrument can't be started, the command is "invalid operating system"

I can find no definative answer in literature.
