Can someone tell me to properly maintain the rapidlab 348ex and how to remove clot from the equipment

QC range is ok and QC is aspirated properly but syringe and capaliry sample get half aspirated and then error, either micro sample or it flush the samples automatically to waste, where is the problem pls anyone?

Hi all, I have start up the long-unused RapidLab 348ex but the gas flow is blocked. (Observed no bubbles coming out of the probe when calibrating gas, resulting in slope calibration failure.) Please could you help me with this issue? Thank you very much.

during the 6.8 buffer. we have tried with cleaned the manifold and wash station and replaced with new buffer but there are no changes.
