Does anyone know a reputable company that repairs the Pendant control on these OR tables, or a possible second source to purchase a replacement?

Hi Tracey from Tamworth Base Hospital,

We have a number of new anaesthetist who would like to do their spinals on the operating table then push the table into the operating room. This is new practice for us so we are wanting to check the safety requirments for this in relation to the Ultraslide 3600B.

slide cylinders do not move in tandem. much slack in slide system.

Does not recognize AC. Will not switch to battery when ac is removed. No charge indicator. All symptoms are intermittent. Thinking the relay control box. Box contains two PCBs, anyone know where the boards can be purchased individually?
