Hi! I have this pump and it keeps giving me the distal air error I already modified the pot for the distal sensor but it keeps popping up the alarm, any advice?

I work in a nursing skills lab and my device after putting in a new tubing and priming it reads distal occlusion. What can I do to fix it as there is no occlusion and I can't run my pump? RE: Hospira - A+
I have a pump that will start up and pass the self test as long as the cassette door is open. The minute I close it the screen goes white and the unit shuts down. If I turn on the pump with the cassette closed it shuts down right after the self test. The alarm history is stuck keypad. RE: Hospira - A+
