Giving me a filament not ready.  I measured the filaments at the tube with a test candle stick and they seemed to check open.  I replaced the tube but I still have this error.

When switching on, it gives the message "BASE BATTERY EMPTY" and only in the first mode of operation allows for a change in conditions and as soon as I change the work mode, I can no longer change the conditions, until I turn off the device again.

I'm asking for some advice.
