Any common troubleshooting tips for getting an 8100 to communicate with NiBP service software on a PC?
USB adapter cable is set to COM3 and attached to the 8100's "COM2" port(tried the COM1 Port on the 8100 as well). Any help would be appreciated at Criticare was not very helpful at all. Thanks! RE: CritiCare - nGenuity 8100E(P)
Hi I am interested to know if anyone knows the problem this monitor screen images appear on several occasions the menu screen without touching it , in fact I have video about that later 'll upload to youtube
