On startup this 1 unit goes into depressurization, 20min. But stops around the 10 min mark. Customer says it sits there all day and they cant use it. 

Is that a normal part of the cycle on the 400s? Chamber is empty, I can open the door and it makes no difference. 

When the countdown stops, could it be a calibration issue? 

What is thia depressurization, is it the sterilizer or the boiler, is it a feature that can be turned off?

Hi

Need help on Sm Century 400 with door unsealed alarm. Exhaust and steam manifold have been changed twice. CK1/2 and 14 also have been changed. PRV, door pressure switch also change and calibrated. After starting DART test not even 5 minutes after the seal got activated the error shows up door unsealed alarm. Im struggling to get it resolve and run out of option hence reaching out here for help.

Is it air or is it steam leaking & where should I look or rebuild? Unit is only 1.5 yrs old.

Initial issue "Too long to evacuate". Water pressure 35PSI, replaced all components kits , seats, coils, injector, heat exchanger, check valves. verified pressure transducer is working with in specs. Steris is confused can't find the problem. WTF, any ideas?
