I am encountering a problem with my NST device. Specifically, the FHR1 and FHR2 probes are not providing any signal. However, the TOCO probe is functioning correctly and providing a signal without any issues.

I have tried changing the inputs, but the problem persists. The TOCO probe continues to work as expected, but the FHR1 and FHR2 probes remain non-functional.

Could you please advise on what steps I should take to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your assistance.
