Hello!

 Visuscout 100 portable retinal camera after the screen display "callibration", it turns off.

The 25v and 8v voltage are normal. It looks like a problem with firmware.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hello, this is Dr. Jorge Tume.

I have this Visuscout 100 portable retinal camera. It's been working very well for me. Every time I take photos, I transfer them to my laptop, and since they're also stored on the Visuscout device, it decides to delete all the photos from that device. But when I try to take more photos, I get this message on the screen ("Image storage not found"), and it doesn't give me the option to continue working. I checked the SD card slot (which, by the way, I never installed one), and I don't see how to remove or insert the SD card.

I hope you can help me with this process.
