RE: ZEISS - HFA II-iHello.
We have an HFA-II 750i, with the error code xxxxxx: 1>0130009 2>0x0, system startup 16, chamber constants with error and missing the p-factor disk.
When starting up a new exam an error appears,
motor calibration error,
after canceling, i go to de diagnosis menu and tryied to start the calibration,
to no avail, it don't start without de p-factor disk, who is missing...
how can i can get one? (Zeiss Brazil doesn't have it)
After a few time, the errors piled up, like the " error code xxxxxx: 1>0130009 2>0x0 " and the system startup 16.
How can i fix them? Thanks
RE: ZEISS - HFA II-iHi there,
Upon start-up I am getting this message" Error occurred archiving the database. A network error has occurred." I am unable to search patients and have to manually enter in patient information every time. What's strange is that if I put in their patient number, it recognizes that it is a duplicate patient and will still upload the the test to the existing patient file, however, it will not produce any of the reports that show comparison over time. Does anyone know what might be happening and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks :)

RE: ZEISS - HFA II-iHello,
HFA 740i
Boots with the message below
System startup state 19
Aperture may be misaligned
(Pressing Proceed will NOT allow testing)
[Retry] [Proceed]
Even after pressing [Retry], it persists. Same as when I restart the machine.
Why this message?
What can I do about it?
Please help out.
Thank you.
