Upon start-up I am getting this message" Error occurred archiving the database. A network error has occurred." I am unable to search patients and have to manually enter in patient information every time. What's strange is that if I put in their patient number, it recognizes that it is a duplicate patient and will still upload the the test to the existing patient file, however, it will not produce any of the reports that show comparison over time. Does anyone know what might be happening and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated!

Dear fellow engineers,
After main turn on , and a couple minutes waiting time , a double beep and the start up screen comes up and the upper right corner circle starts turning for ever, info box on left upper corner can be pushed from touch screen , but very slow response ( but never gives any info) . I checked the hard disk on a computer , looks OK .
I didn't check any voltages on power supply yet.
Any suggestions to get it back to work.
I also seeking for the service password, if i need to get in to service.

How can i fix this problem with Humphrey 745 Operating system 14.0 with the following problems. 1.shutter is not providing stable readings 2. Test failed check stepper motors 3. Psw 20 error. What should i do and how can i get spare parts. Thank you
