Hola a todos, alguien me podría a poyar con el password de acceso al menú de Diagnostico y calibración.
Estoy buscando la contraseña para habilitar el menú de diagnóstico para calibrar el shutter, projector y apertura. Main>Setup>Aditional>Diagnostics>password _ _ _ _ >Diagnostics>Calibration>Mechanical>Projector. Saludos RE: ZEISS - HFA II-i
Dear fellow engineers,
After main turn on , and a couple minutes waiting time , a double beep and the start up screen comes up and the upper right corner circle starts turning for ever, info box on left upper corner can be pushed from touch screen , but very slow response ( but never gives any info) . I checked the hard disk on a computer , looks OK .
I didn't check any voltages on power supply yet.
Any suggestions to get it back to work.
I also seeking for the service password, if i need to get in to service.

How can i fix this problem with Humphrey 745 Operating system 14.0 with the following problems. 1.shutter is not providing stable readings 2. Test failed check stepper motors 3. Psw 20 error. What should i do and how can i get spare parts. Thank you

Dear all
I need to connect a HFA II to windows 10 by network to send pdf documents.
In the PC I shared a folder with all permissions enabled for any user. User and password.
In the HFA I have configured all the network parameters. IP, work group, user, password, and target folder.
The target folder (in the PC) is recognized by HFA but a message like not possible to write in folder appears.
Any idea to solve this issue?
