What is the manufacturing date of above mentioned Autoclave?

we have cisa autoclave machine by formaldehyde gas . But when we make the machine on giving this message :-

Probe fail .

though we check all probes and they have agood measurments.

Please if you can help us to solve the problem for these message , send us by e-mail .

1- transducer chamber fail .

2- Probe chamber fail .

3- probe jacket fail .

4- Probe fail .
