The equipment is showing ring artifacts. Air calibration has already been performed. I would like to check if anyone can provide guidance or support on how to eliminate these artifacts.

Hello, we have been receiving some error messages from the contrast pump, like ERR1 or ERR4.
I'm assuming that there is a manual with descriptions of these errors, but I can't find these manuals.
I have tried looking in Canon's official website to no avail ( https://eu.medical.canon/service-and-support/digital-manuals/ ) .

Buen día al momento de calentar el tubo el equipo para de disparar y aparece error en xc con el detail 3e3f3f3f3f3f373f3d3f2f2f2f quisiera saber si podría ser el tubo para cambiarlo o que acciones tomar ya que he intentado calibrar corrientes y sigue igual RE: Toshiba - Activion 16
Hi Forum, Im from Peru, Im getting ring artifacts that come more and more defined on all images that we get, first times we fix it with air calibration but after some days it dont work, now, I make NRA calibration and rings get more defined.
Until I can see, it is about detectors boards, but don't have method to identify where is the problem. Have some pictures but cant include here, any help will be wellcome.
