Used MP30 with M1019A gas analysis. Stopped providing Sevoflurane reading halfway through 10th case. Ideas?

I have Philips G5 Gas Module it's working and all the LED are On but not showing Waveforms on Monitor so pls helpful

Hello there community, Just wanted to know if anyone had a digital copy of the service manual for a Philips IntelliVue G7 Anesthetic Gas Module. I tried looking on InCenter, but no luck there. Thanks in Advance!

A customer is having issues with the module. I will stop monitoring the CO2 level when she resets the CO2 tubing at the module it returns to normal operation. No alarms just the trace line is below the base line. Might this be related to the module or the tubing sets? Cheapest best fix is?
