I have a problem with the Fujifilm gx 5000, He does not finish reading and the reading is very slow, then I get this error 11530.

Error : its possible that a connection error occurred with the image signal cable.
I recently had an imaging plate stuck inside the fuji, so i took the panels out and removed the ip and when i turned the fuji back on i get that error message. Anyone know how I could fix this issue?

Please I need help with Fujifilm FCR XG5000 PLUS.
The digitizer came with software version 4.7 but was downgrade to 4.1 (I don't have Rutool for v4. 7).
When cassette was inserted, the suction cup refuse to pick the IP (this happens with all 4 slots).
I checked the MULT utility and error 3710 was shown indicating a problem with SNS /DRV boards.
The boards were swapped but it still does the same thing (not picking IP from the cassette).
Please need help.

Unit reads clean in the monitoring station, but appears to have darker images in read rooms. Any thoughts or techniques for isolating the issue? I'm pretty much a novice on CR. RE: Fujifilm - FCR XG5000
My system recently crashed, im sure its software/configuration issue from the service utility section, i have various software and option key cd's but i need a consice step by step guide to reinstalling the system and setting IP's.
