Hey, i was wondering if anyone could help me figuire out how to troubleshoot with the Channel Walk test. I've found that it is not to bad to troubleshoot channel boards with it that have had massive failures useing the board function. However when the failures are reletively minor like a few elements droping out it is harder to troubleshoot which component is the trouble with the transducer being confirmed good with another machine / The machine haveing the same drop out on all transducer connectors. Any info would be much appreciated.

Hi all, Hope you can assist and point me in the right direction here. System iU22 with HW F.1 and SW 6.3.6.343 This issue only started after an electrical safety test. ISSUE: When the power is switched off by the mains plug the system will not boot up correctly. Will only boot if the AC Tray power is turned OFF then ON again fairly quickly and then you can power ON the system with ON button on the front of the machine. When I switch the mains on, the blue light on the AC tray switches on. I hear the fans on the Platform Power Supply (PPS) and some others turning. No backend PC turning on and no 'normal' PC sounds like BIOS etc.. The lights on the PPS that show the AC and DC are OK are ON on both supplies. When you press the ON button, nothing happens. The light next to the On switch on the front remains OFF. Most occasions if you then cycle the AC tray power, the system will go back to a normal state: Blue AC tray light on, no loud fans turning and when you press the power button on the front, the system will start up normally and a green LED light will be ON next to the ON/OFF button. This works most of the time. In fault state I can still measure 3.3, 5 and 12V on the small PCB where the ON/OFF button is on the front of the system. Front-end, back-end parts, PSU's and PCB's have been re-seated. Unit switched OFF for extended period of time, no change in issue. Whilst trying to figure out how to boot the system, I got to a point where the HW would initialise, but when it got to SW, it would show blue-screen-of-death. Once past this point by restarting several times, the unit booted up normally. Then i tried to select a probe and the system crashed with error Diag code: 201.4C3X.783X.19 Interface ID EHA ADUECALLBACK19. System was rebooted and this went away. After this the system was rebooted and an onboard-self-test performed. All tests passed. Once the system has been 'tricked' to power ON, you can switch it ON/OFF normally by using the power button on the front of the machine. Issue only comes back when the mains is removed. The system is moved occasionally so it unfortunately has to be repaired. We had a spare NAIM PCB but that didn't sort any issues. PSU's at fault here? Thanks for your help.

We have an IU22 that will fail to boot if left unplugged for a while. No beep from the UMB and both displays remain black. The 7 segment on the UMB gets to 25 and freezes. If I do a front end bypass I can get unit to work for a while but the problem eventually comes back when unplugged for a few hours.

Hello, I am having an issue with the image showing up but very green on the Slave display. I had replaced the PCI-EXP graphics cable already since I wasn't getting a consistent image ( when the image did show up it was very green as well) , now I am getting a consistent clear image just green. Main display image is working great. Looking for ideas of what to try next. Thank you in advance for your help.
