So I have a strange problem. I can search on any particular name after the unit periodically queries my PACS and the name comes up for the ordered exam. HOWEVER - the unit is not populating a modality worklist of ordered exams. I have to search individual names. Any ideas please?
When I push the power button to turn on the machine, it seems to be running like normal (keyboard light on, making noise) aside from the screens not displaying anything (they seem to be turned on but are plain black). I am not very experienced with this, so perhaps I'm missing something obvious? The switch on the back is also turned on. I have tried to turn the machine off and back on with the power button on the front, and I have tried turning the switch on the back off and back on, and no changes. After a few times trying this, the screen now shows an error message saying "no signal power saving mode digital." Can anyone help me please?
IU22 ultrasound keeps turning off by itself after its turned on and it display an error just before it goes off that Supported video recorder is not selected
