Was raising the bed with the up/down arrows and now it will not lower. Bed is stuck in the highest position. Tried the unlock instructions and the bed will not come back down. All other controls work such as head of bed, raising the knee and the foot of the bed.
I receive CALHd message on power-up on the Scale Pod display screen. Activated calibration like instructed in service manual but no "CAL 5, CAL 30, CAL 50" displays on either Scale Pod . I do hear the beeps when I press Lockout control after setting each angle, but it never displays CAL #'s. RE: Hillrom - Advanta 2
