The device works , but when I try to switch it off, the process starts, but it doesn't stop minutes later. The backup battery is dead, I have replaced it , I have set the time. I need the service manual for Medison Sonoace SA-Pico ultrasound urgently. The image freezes few minutes after a successful boot up. I have to change the battery as well, because the date and time are incorrect. Please help! RE: Medison - SONOACE PICO
The machine does not start the software, turns on, the boot image appears and does not progress any further. After a long time it gets dark. Please help me as it is a very expensive device.
