The device works , but when I try to switch it off, the process starts, but it doesn't stop minutes later. The backup battery is dead, I have replaced it , I have set the time. The machine does not start the software, turns on, the boot image appears and does not progress any further. After a long time it gets dark. Please help me as it is a very expensive device.
