I need to access the logbook that contains the machine’s state and error records, but I’d like to do it from a PC rather than directly on the machine. Unfortunately, I don’t have the tool or software required to achieve this.
Is it actually possible to retrieve the logbook via PC? If yes, could you please share the steps or the procedure?
