We transported the working scanner from our home (where it was sent to) to our clinic, just a few kilometers away. After arriving and setting it up, the screen appeared not to work anymore.
In our home it was fine.
Please anyone with some technical experience, can you suggest a cause? We do not see any loose cords or plugs; all were checked and found well placed. But no plugs are in sight for the screen.

it is a problem with the clock of the device once the ultrasound machine is stopped and when starting the clock is wrong knowing that every time I modify it
I think the battery on the motherboard is exhausted but I can not locate and also I do not have the model of this battery

I have a sonoace x6 and the problem it presents turns off the first time after 30 minutes and then it turns off after 10 minutes and the equipment cannot keep on normally
