it is a problem with the clock of the device once the ultrasound machine is stopped and when starting the clock is wrong knowing that every time I modify it
I think the battery on the motherboard is exhausted but I can not locate and also I do not have the model of this battery

I have a sonoace x6 and the problem it presents turns off the first time after 30 minutes and then it turns off after 10 minutes and the equipment cannot keep on normally

I am a biomedical engineer and in the hospital where I work they reported a SONOACE X6 ultrasound saying that it is very slow to turn on, it takes a long time. I did preventive maintenance because it was very dirty but it did not decrease the ignition time. Do you know what that could be due to? Will you need a software update? If so, where can I get it?
