The equipment requires a password after booting and before loading Windows. This solicitation is not common. Does anyone know how we solved this problem. In Brazil, Medison/Samsung this equipment reached EOS and EOL.

I am in need of knowing and correcting the fault in accuvix v 10 ultraound that it's screen is not showing anything when you switch the machine on but you can notice some kind of light inside of it but no any intial screen that can be seen only blank screen,what is the problem concerning to that?
