Could you please assist us on the following problem? We have ALOKA Prosound 3500, and it is still in standby mode all the time (black screen with bleu line moving through the screen)

We have had the above machine donated to our Caring Pregnancy Resource center for non diagnostic use. But no user manual. Can you set us up with a manual. Thank you.

Hi, 

My system is working good but its 3D is not working. When i connect 3D probe connecter and small switch both this error comes

VOL Servo Command Error (TC1)

Command: XQ #FDHOME,0;

Left msg: 0187 BGX;AMX;MO

Answer: 22 Begin not possible due to limit switch

Can you guide please ?

Dear all

I have a trouble with my Aloka SSD-3500SV

When systems start, it display a message bellow :

"Servo Communication Test (EO1) 0x20 - 0x7E Error (EO1)
Send : 32 Receive : 87"

next message is :

"VOL Servo Program Download Error"

and last message is :

"VOL Servo Write Check Error
Send Character
XQ #FDHOME,0;"

What can I do to repair this corrupt?
