Dear Sir,

I got your email from medwrench.com .

i have a problem with the device in the power on the batteries were dead i connect a generator instead of the battery , it powered on but it doesn't complete and sent a message that it will shut down and discharge the batteries .

Also the AC indicator does not lights when the power cable connected.

i hope you can help

I have an Ultrasound MyLab 30, the device does not turn on and the power indicator does not light up either from the power cable or from the battery.

I checked this, all voltages in the power supply are ok, only -1.8V on the power LED, no voltage detected on all other pins of the two flat cables.

Is it the motherboard that's faulty or the keyboard problem?

if anyone can help please?

My device was shutdown inappropriate, and now I have no access to the archive. With a small icon that blink in yellow at the upper left corner some like an envelop
