My autorefractor RMK-200 is indicating no target on the screen and Dr can not do anything, how to fix this? Thanks

I have been using Auto refractometer of canon RF 10 since long time and I am having a problem since few days of error code 224, the model is discontinued in India and no service center is available to solve the problem please can you guide what can be done
