We lost the CD for cr-ir 357 apl software? Is there anyway we can have the CD to reconfigure the machine? Please help

Hi guys, My Fuji Capsular X CR digital xray processor is about 9 years old and still working fine? Do these systems ever need servicing? If so, what might the typical cost be for this? Regards Craig

Dear all This is concerning an issue with my FCR scanner (CR-IR 357 model). I have introduced or slotted the CR cassette into the scanner and after processing or digitalizing the image the scanner was unable to release the CR cassette. It was gammed and stays inside.
