Hi there,

I can only save one scan at a time to a USB stick. How can we save more than one at once. We have so many scans!

Also does anyone know where we can find a user manual?

Thanks.

Hi all,

I've got a MyLab40, and I’ve run into a strange issue. The system boots up normally and displays the image. I can move the cursor, switch probes, and adjust some of the image parameters. However, the system seems to be stuck in some kind of view-only mode.

Most of the buttons don’t respond and only produce a beep sound. I can’t access the menu, access the database, or save images. The hard drive icon at the top of the screen shows a yellow blinking border.

I can't shut down the system properly. After pressing the power button, the shutdown activity indicator bar keeps running endlessly, and I’m forced to shut down the device using the power switch.

Has anyone encountered this before or have any idea how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hi all, Looking for some assitance on an Esaote MyLab40. This issue is mostly there, but sometimes it works correctly. System boots, but you are unable to switch between the tabs ot the top of the sceen while it is starting. The QWERTY keyboard is unresponsive. CAPS lock remains on.  Some buttons on the control panel work. Trackball can be moved, but the three buttons around it do not work and therefore you cant select anything. Menus can be brought up by pressing the buttons like 'tools' and 'Menu' etc. The mouse pointer can move move.  The ON/standby button just below the monitor doesnt work. System freezes shortly after it has completely booted, then a message appears saying it wasnt shut down correctly and the system freezes. Because the mouse clicks or QWERTY keyboard buttons do not work, the message cannot be cleared and system is unusable.   Reseated all boards and cleared out a fair amount of dust from the PCB's. External mouse doesn't work on the system either, cursor doesn't move. Is this cable to control panel board, control panel, faulty QWERTY keyboard causing this issue or perhaps the PCB with all the VGA etc connectors on it? thanks.

The ultrasound does not display images, only show the following red color code in the display: "16 DSP6414 " for the Motherboards

Hi guys! I believe that my unit is not booting the HDD so I need to access the BIOS and change the boot settings. What's the command on our unit to access it? All I could find on a service manual of other unit is that the BIOS password default is "laser".

When I press Ctrl + Alt + Archive Rev it displays the errors 'CMOS battery low and CMOS checksum lost'. Any guidance would be appreciated. I gatther I would need to replace the CMOS battery but i'm unsure where in the unit it's located. Ben
