Hello, I have a problem with my siemens Somatom emotion CT. The checkup goes normally. I register my patient and I choose an exam on the topogram. When I validate, there is no scan that starts. And even the command for the scan does not light on at this time.Sometimes, it displays the message "unable to initialize the topogram". I need help with this problem. System will not do an exam. It will start the exam and then the table will error. I can move te table manually at the gantry no problem. All switches are good and i have 24V so the stop loop isnt open. I think possibly something with HTP is not right. Should i try encoder? RE: Siemens - Somatom Emotion
Am presendly working on somatom emotion, the irs have software issue, i reinstalled the software VA47C_SP1. The WinNT and IRS installed successfully, IRS devices installed successfully, then awaiting for install command.
When i transfer from ICS ( software VA47C with update serv pack 4 & 4A ) run the bat file in C: / Somaris/utls/irstableinstall.bat. the IRS will give data channel connected, but then give illegal commamd (11) .
Pls can any one help me to resolve this problem.
