Reference data is missing from the database

While trying to transfer a particular image from the system i am getting an error "reference data is missing from the database" remaining studies are transferring successfully ... How to solve this problem... Any help is appreciated.... Thanks Aju George

Hi,

I am using a Somatom dual slice scanner.

How many years will the tube work if I use 3 mm for about 2 abdomen and 5 brain scans a day
