Hi everybody, I have a problem withe printer for this sterilizer. The printer sometimes works sometimes doesn't... I try to buy it with PartsSource, because in their site shows that they sell it, but they don't. Someone knows how to find the assembly, the printer or the board? Who is the manufacturer or some advice? Thanks in advance for your help.

The sterilizer was for about 2 hours in aeration mode when its compressor stopped working. The sterilizer hung-up and girls turned it off. When I got to it, the display showed E71 and C3 errors. It was no response to either button. Does anybody know how to switch the sterilizer back into standby mode? Thanks a million, George.

hi i have service manual for 5XL & 8 XL. i have Error E73 i need help to solve this problem. they said on service manual , vacuum sensor problem. .
