The device does not respond when you turn on. If you activate a contactor C2 device displays error 9 and switches off. I read about the water level sensor where he is? He had someone a similar problem?

The DEKO 190 in our hospital is showing Er6.

Does anyone know the meaning of this code?

error code 9- the water level switch in water tank does not operate or circulation water pump does not function-

it is a simple open/close float switch..... do these go often? where can I order a new one in North America? thanks.

I am doing a project and would like to know how long one cycle will take,and what is te averag cost of the machine and the disinfectants?
