Getting erro code 11030 low temp chamber. Phase washing 1. What could be causing that error?

Dryer fans not activating, I manually turned them on on service mode, and I have no power going to them, can anyone help. Fyi, Getinge tech support was unable to help me with this problem.

I have an automatic door and have found that it has dropped about a 16th to 8th of an inch. How do I adjust this door to raise it?

Can you send me directions on how to prime the soap pump, I can't find anything in the manual and I called Getinge and they didn't know,which I thought was odd.
