Does anyone run the 5C QC in manual mode? If so, how do you run this and see it on the QC files? For inspection purposes, does one need to run the QC in manual mode for an LH 780?

we have a cap inspection and they were insisting that we have to have controls run for fluids every eight hours.i told them that we running two level of 5c controls every eight hours but it was not good for them.i heard that for the same instrument and same methodology two level of controls are sufficient for the fluid testing also, any body know the answer for that or how they handle that question? we do have two level of controls for fluid for manual method. thanks mina p.

When running Synovial fluids on the 780, has anyone noticed that the RBC doesn't always match what we would get if done manually? Is there some interference that I need to know about? We use hyaluronidase. We are finishing up our correlations. Thanks, Jeanette Miller
