I have a unit that won’t power on either on wall power or battery. It gives a few beeps with a quick screen flash and nothing. Else happens. It will continue to do that until it’s turned off or unplugged. Any suggestions? RE: Zoll - E Series
I need to rewire the power lead for a Zoll E series.
I'm certain it is a 12v supply (states "10-29" on the back, right by the power inlet - doesn't specify volts but I'm sure that's what it is. Also states 130W)
The plug is wired to a mounting plate with no polarity marked on it. The wiring between the two is UK mains colours. Whilst it's tempting just to wire the 12v to the assumed polarities of the old cable, can anyone confirm which polarity is definitely which on the female socket on the Zoll please...?

I have a Zoll E series that has a different configuration code than 00000000 , does anyone know how to override this so I can access the menu, or which part of the machine I need to replace that holds the code information and swap it over? Really scratching my head here RE: Zoll - E Series
My Zoll E series intermittently displays battery fault 316 . There is nothing in the manual for this error code. But it does not always displays this , with all of my surepower batteries. I have used the same batteries in my spare e series, and there doesnt appear to be a problem with the batteries. I have also connected the unit to mains power supply, without a surepower battery installed, and there is no message fault displayed. Would this be a problem with the internal coin battery, the actual surepower batteries, or the system board? Would somebody be able to advise?
