I'm using slee MTP tissue processor. My problem is that I cannt return it back to position 1. And it shows that there is a system error 15

Equipment: Slee Medical - MTP

Good morning. Processing is interrupted, the dash lights up red and the display says "Error 12". The apparatus stops, the jar with the samples rises and remains suspended in the air. Anybody have service manual?. Thanks

Good afternoon. Can someone have the Service Manual available? The equipment cannot work with battery. The batteries are in good condition and receive charge, but no work when main power loss. Thank you

re-program ARM

Hi for all I have a unit and its main electronic board find problem because of solution Leakage in it as I check voltage regulator of ARM is shorted and for this reason ARM Burned... I can replace the Arm with new one but I need to is backup software to load in it Someone can help me???

System Error 24

Good day, our tissue processor regularly gives this error. The cassettes stop at station 9 (last xylene) and will not move forward to station 10 (first wax) even though the wax is melted and prepared. We will manually move from station 9 into the wax to fix. Can I please have the list of errors and what they mean for this tissue processor?

hi after turn on instrument it Start Reference Drive but after few second its stop and show Error15 so any one can help me or have Error list and its description for this instrument Regards,
