how to solve

According to instruction in operating manual we make mains rest procedure but the error code remains,what will be the solution ?

what does it  means serial I/O in this particular centrifuge ?

Could you provide us with

service manual.

in my machine  ,one problem is found ,that is ,when the machine is on then produced 8-10 amp current, and when compresser on then current is 14-16 amp. but in next time compresser is on then current is 22-27 amp. that problem ,bcoz i used 15 kv generator ,that time compresser is off and machine produced error -62,plz give soluation of this problem.
