Any one has service manual for Sysmex UF1000. The ribbon data cable b/w instrument and autoloader part number 3310 is broken and I need to reattach..

Does anyone know how often Sysmex recommends running QC?

Hello, Can some please explain to me how the UF-1000i does not have any perfromance characteristics established for thier "Flagging Parameters"?  I don't under stand how they can not have this.  Thank you.

Comparing the results of 2 UF1000i we found for RBC, WBC and epithelial cells differences up to 20% between both apparatus, one UF presenting higher results than the other. For the bacterial count the results were just opposite. The other apparatus gave higher results(20%) and the one apparatus lower results.

Can you explain the differences? And how can I correct the results of one of the two apparatus? And how do I know which one gives the correct results?
