Im facing a problem with the pressure motor syring its seem every thing is fine but its give the error so could you provide me the service manual of tge machine or help me out to solve this problem RE: Horiba Medical - ABX Micros 60
i would like to know what can i do to my micro 60 that is giving out high PLT reading that is going up to 22222 sometimes giving DIL.
also to my screen master that is giving out a wide range of deviation to a single sample or QC testing sample aslo the failure of QC,How to calibrate this one since it has failed more than fifth times?

My Micros 60 is not start up everything seen parfait from inside no lieaking i dont see it but when i start i can only see the orange power light and the green long light for start nothing else need help please this is my mail i can send video or photo ..hassansouleyman2@gmail.com

unsuccessful background for platelets only, we change the reagents ,check power voltage ,secure good ground ,clean the chambers and check the vacuum pump and all is ok yet the platelets background is very high and variable (300-600)
Service contract about to expire and no desire to renew. Does anyone know who is available for prevent maint and service, on an as needed basis, for the Horiba ABX Micros 60 ?
