The top compartment on this warmer frequently overheats. All seems to be working correctly; the display shows OH and the alarm sounds when I lower the setpoint 4 degrees C below the current temperature. The temperature is accurate to within 2 C of my test thermometer, the fan is running and the door gasket is intact.

Main cabinet is not heating up to set tempt. i.e. set at 120 F, tempt only at 92 F

Was overloaded. Still overheating when emptied and sensor replaced. Any ideas? Can someone scan me the hardcopy service/PM manual? Thanks.
