I have a Philips suresign vs3 and the power button is not working anymore.. it was working yesterday and today its not working. Anyone have any ideas or how to fix it?

I cannot uncheck to turn off NBP auto print, it is greyed out. I don't have a recorder and don't plan on using one. We don't have the configuration for it, which is what we want. The issue is that after every NBP pump cycle, we get a low priority blue alarm stating "Recorder not installed." RE: Philips - SureSigns VS3

Does anyone know what software upgrade FSN86000266B is about? We haven't gotten anything from Philips but an outside firm is asking to come on-site to do remediation. Please let me know what the upgrade is for!

I have upgraded my VS3&4's to the 7.33 mandatory software. There is one issue I'm having--The battery is good for 3 years OR 300 cycles. We hit the 3 cycles in just less than a year. Has anyone had the same issue and found a way to "fool" the machine so we can get the 3 years out of it? I hate to put a battery in the units every year. Thanks RE: Philips - SureSigns VS3

NIBP Pump Is working Ok And pressure Air filled in Cuff , But On Monitor Display Is not Showing NIBP Data .
