Hello, I have an Optima TXL ultracentrifuge and the drive hub or spidle moves but has a lot of friction. If a rotor is mounted you can spin the rotor but it doesn't continue to revolve on it's own. When a run is initiated everything happens normally until the rotor should start spinning. However the speed stays at zero for about 5-10 seconds and then triggers an SPD error. The door will open right away and doesn't require the 20 min speed down wait. Can anyone advise me what the problem may be and whether it can be easily repaired.
