We have connected the Sysmex XS1000i to a local area network but when sample is run the output comes empty whiles lan cable is plug in. Any help? RE: Sysmex - XS-1000i

Seems toward the end of every month we start doing extra slides. If we started doing the monthly maintenance sooner (bleaching procedure), would this decrease the number of slides we perform? RE: Sysmex - XS-1000i
The CBC Analyzer is connected to the IPU (ver 00-30 built 34) via a linksys USB 2.0 /Ethernet adapter.
IP address 192.168.1.125
Sub mask : 255.255.255.0
Gateway : 192.168.1.1.
DNS : 212.27.40.240 & 241
The IPU is also connected to a Linksys router via a broadcom ethernet adapter.
IP address 192.168.1.120
Sub mask : 255.255.255.0
Gateway : 192.168.1.1.
DNS : 212.27.40.240 & 241
The router is connected to a centralization PC (to launch the analysis)
How can I get the IP config of the analyzer. I tried ipconfig /all command on the IPU, but the pannel only shows the 2 ethernet adapter config installed on the IPU (both pings ok)
When I switch on the analyzer at request of the PC, the red led of the analyzer remains on red and there is no reaction from it ?

We are getting "DATA ERROR" dialog, after placed samples. For example, if we place 5 samples, results come for the first one, that time, the Data Error dialog appears on the screen of Sysmex system. Once we click on accept button its appear, again we are placing sample, its works then, until we are getting the Data Error. But it's happening often, Please help us, what should we do.
Also, please advice us, if we clear older results, whether it may be resolved. RE: Sysmex - XS-1000i
I have this sysmex xs- 1000i hematology analyzer and cannot use the system because its asking for a user name and password. I do not have the setup CD to get the user name and password. Please I need your help. RE: Sysmex - XS-1000i
