I'm having problem with xt 1800i to the trapp chamber, when you turn on the machine it gets full with liquids then the machine displays pressure errors. Please i need assistance what is the cause and what is to be done to correct the problem

i am developing healthcare application . i am facing problem during receiving data from com1 port throwing by IPU Host.  i got connect with com1 port and able to open the port but i am not receiving whole data in stead of i get only

1 cahracter and last terminator character .

if any have code sample for that pls help me

The machine stops working after a few samples.

The error message is FCM sheath overheated.

What should we do? the machine is only 2 months old.
