The densitometer I'm reviewing just had its CSBC card replaced. After that, I tried to run a QA and it always fails in the calibration section of the trend analysis. Could someone help me or share a service manual for this equipment?

Been having issues with transverse motion. Limit switches, cable bundles and CSBC board replaced. Alternately failing QA because of limit switch out of range (limit 622-625) in transverse motion. Always its a diferente range, not consistent number (sometimes over 625, sometimes under 622). Pass on Limit to Limit test, still fails QA. Checked & lubricated bearings of precision pulleys. Can someone please enlighten my diagnostic?
