I have a Hologic Sahara scanner that is giving error code 13, Cat=4 high, Cat=4 DAQ latchup Power off error.
Hologic was called, they want $200.00/hour for tech support now, or we can send it in for a $275.00 appraisal with an additional $95.00 charge if we don't send it in using their shipping box.
The affected department isn't going to send it in with this type of attitude from the manufacturer. I would like to find a third-party to try.
If anyone has the service manual for this device in electronic format, I would like to find that, also.
can I purchase reserve parts for this apparatus I need to replace the Ultra sound pads if I send you model its model number if not can you refer me where is it possible RE: Hologic - Sahara
