How do I set the automatic dilution?

For example if I want to make a dilution of 50 times.

plz can y tell me what is the protocol of communication betwen BS 120 and my PC because I would made a soft for data exporting but I dont know the data encoding and the communicate protocol ?

If someone has do this plz help me.
