Our GE Case machines running software version 6.7 on Windows 10 are having intermittent screen flickering issues. Rebooting the software does not help, and we checked and re-seated the physical connection to the monitor as well. This same issue is now affecting three separate devices across our system. GE has not been helpful and wants big dollars to send someone onsite. Has anyone had similar issues with the Case system to the point you can add some further troubleshooting and repair tips?
I have a Case unit that is asking for a password in a blue DOS style box at start-up. I am expecting to see the options for Admin, User or Service but this box now opens instead. Has anyone seen this issue before or know the password?
I have a case system that is giving a 12sL memory full error every time the staff try to print preventing it from printing. The memory has been checked, maybe a third is in use. Getting an out of paper message even after refilling the paper tray in the thermal printer. Talked to GE tech support and they said to that there is a printer restart button but I cannot find one. Any ideas? RE: GE HealthCare - CASE Exercise Testing
Hi we have an intermittent problem with V5 it keeps inverting or showing reduced r wave progression. We have changed the lead and the acquisition module, it is not the patients! Has anybody else experienced this?
