I have a Tc70 pagewriter that is not printing very well. The bottom line is not printing the peaks and faint printing. So far I replaced the printer head and tray and roller assembly and still the same problem. If I push the tray in while it is printing it will print dark and good. Last resort is getting new clips that secure the paper tray but can not find them in the manual. Suggestions?
What is the procedure for completely erasing all patient data off a TC-70? There is no information in any of the user or service manuals on doing this procedure per HIPPA regulations. RE: Philips - Page Writer TC70
